How to make a Combat Robot
Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. And to be king of the arena in Robowars2-The Vengeance, teams are running their minds and so do venombots.
Team venombots is helping the participants in every possible way…!!!And one such step was the workshop on ‘How to make a combat robot’ organized by the team on 20 October 2010 in seminar hall at itm university, Gurgaon.
Keeping in mind that many students were freshers, tanmay ohri gave them a brief and a catchy introduction about the world renowned event robowars and robowars 1…!!! And how can anyone forget the video by Tarun rana containing the glimpse of robowars 1 in the most exciting way-short, catchy and at the same time informative…!!!!
The workshop proved to be great help to the participants as the technical experts through their technical presentations explained the basic components used in the robot-motors, power supplies, weapons…!!!
Robowars2-‘The vengeance’ is not a game for kids …..So there has to be certain rules and regulations to enter our arena ‘The halaucast’, thus students were given the glance of various house rules they have to follow to enter ‘The halaucast’ by the safety expert…!!!!
Team really appreciates the presence of robot Knox (robowars 1 winner) during the workshop which helped tanmay ohri to explain the students on how to proceed for the building of their metal..!!!!
“I really appreciate the work done by the team as they are showing their own interest in this field though they are not being told to do so…and itm university is ready to help the team in any way they want” few words of appreciation for team venombots by PROF. B.C nakra, director, itm university, Gurgaon.
Not even Mr. Nakra, all the participants appreciated the work done by the team…the team cleared their doubt by providing them with ample of information…!!!!
‘Team is trying every possible way to help the participants and is ready to clear their doubts anytime’….this was the concept behind the workshop and seeing the response of the audience the hard work by us was worth ….!!!!
